Each of the seven weekly sessions will include:

A teaching and practice to vibrationally align with the power of your True Nature taught in each of the 7 Huna Principles.
A guided chakra healing meditation to clean, clear and open your chakra energy centres increasing the healing flow of Life Force Energy moving through YOU!! (recording of guided meditation provided for each class)
A daily Higher-Self Mindfulness Practice to do the internal work of moving through lower energies, and align your chakra centres with your True Nature, working with your Higher Self to keep the energy moving on the daily.
An oracle card with a message from your Higher Self.

By the end of the seven weeks you will have an understanding of the Universal Laws governing us rooted in the 7 Principles of Huna and you will have begun opening inner portals to connect with the healing vibrational frequency of your Higher Self!!

Note: Class size is limited to 20 participants and will include group exercises, discussions, and lots of healing!
