In this 8-Week Online Class Series you will…
- Understand and get to know yourself, all of YOU; even aspects of your consciousness you may not have yet met, by learning about and experiencing the three levels of your consciousness as introduced in the Huna Energy Healing Model.
- Build a daily practice of Higher Self Mindfulness by learning an internal healing process of working directly with your Higher Self to respond to emotional triggers consciously creating new neural pathways to your True Nature (Sacred Power) overriding your false nature and vibrationally breaking old cycles of fear-based thinking.
- Ignite and enjoy the freedom and flow of our intuitive and inspired nature, the Sacred Power aspect of our unseen consciousness that vibrationally heals, supports, and guides us in healing and resolving our issues from a whole new level of higher vibrational thought.
Note: Each week notes will be emailed prior to the class and an oracle card will be texted. Each class will include a teaching for the week, a recorded guided meditation and self-work to be done for that week. Class size is limited to 20 participants and will include group exercises, discussions, and lots of healing!!
