Emotional pain can weigh heavily on our hearts, and this can be taxing on our nervous system. Some signs that this could be happening are experiences of an overactive mind, trouble sleeping, digesting, relaxing, smiling/laughing or feeling physically drained and inflamed.

A healthy, open heart heals our biology, increases our immune function, produces happy hormones; not to mention all the non-physical effects of feeling good and the attractor factor of living from the vibrational frequency of an open loving heart!!

In this 4-week Heart-Healing experience we will…
- Work with our Higher Self to heal lower energies blocking the flow of universal energy moving through our heart center, healing past pain, hurt and trauma.
- Learn to listen to the still quiet voice of the heart, activating heart-centered beliefs that speak the secret language of our universal nature to harmonize our human vibrational energy in our perceptual awareness.
- Learn how to work with the True Frequency of our Deeper Heart to regulate our biology with many tools and techniques including breath, focussed awareness and vibrational alignment with our Higher Self Guidance, the still quiet Voice within, that speaks to us through our hearts.
Note: Each week notes will be emailed, and an oracle card will be texted prior to the class. The class will include a teaching for the week, a recorded guided meditation and self-work to be done for the week. Class size is limited to 20 participants and will include group exercises and a lot of heart healing!!
